We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you ample time to ensure your Daniel Wellington timepiece or accessory meets your expectations in pristine, unworn condition. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging with all protective stickers and tags intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original presentation box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
