What is your return policy?
You have the right to return any products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with protective stickers and tags intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most Daniel Wellington watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. This means they are rain and splash resistant, but should not be worn while showering, bathing, or swimming.
How do I change my watch strap?
All our leather and NATO straps are interchangeable. Each watch comes with a small tool in the bottom of the case that allows you to easily pop the spring bars and switch your strap to match your style.
What payment methods do you accept?

Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, such as the movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
